Propel for Accelerated Invisalign Treatment

Accelerated Invisalign Treatment Columbia MD

Great News! For all those people interested in straightening their teeth with Invisalign but dread having to take a long time to do it, well your day has come! I have just returned from an Invisalign summit in Las Vegas (and yes, I did go to class) and learned about a painless pre-surgical procedure that can speed up Invisalign treatment by 60% called Propel. Propel will help both your teeth shift and tissues heal faster than they ever could with the Invisalign treatment alone.

Propel works with your own biology by stimulating the bone surrounding the teeth. It turns on your body’s natural healing properties to allow your teeth to move faster and easier through you bone. Because of this,
Invisalign treatment results are much more comfortable and predictable, and there is less need for frequent visits to the office. Some of the dentists that have been doing this procedure for a while say most of their Invisalign cases are 4 months or less and involve less than 3 visits total! Pretty amazing.

Propel is gentle and discomfort is minimal with no recovery time needed. Only one or two treatments are usually required. (More could be necessary for complex tooth movements.) The Propel procedure only takes me a few minutes and we can even numb the area first if you prefer.

If you’re interested in getting Invisalign now because of this new procedure; or if you’re already in treatment and feel like there is no end in sight, give the office a call and set up some time to talk with someone at
Smile Savers Dentistry.

In Health,
Dr. Stewart
