Your treatment plan at Smile Savers Dentistry in Columbia, MD will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service. Unfortunately, we do not accept Medical Assistance.

Chase Health Advance

Chase deals more with higher risk patients so they approve more people. This is a revolving account so you can use it and pay it off and use it again. Care CreditA Care Credit account is like a credit card and can be used at other places that accept Care Credit. Care Credit offers 12 months with no interest and up to 60 months with interest. Insurance

We will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your claim has not paid within 30 days.
